Housey Law Office, LLC is a solo law practice managed by Attorney Danielle B. Housey, Esq. 

 Attorney Danielle B. Housey earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 2003 and earned her J.D. Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2006. Shortly thereafter Attorney Housey returned to her home state and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar, where she has engaged in the practice of law dedicating her practice mainly to family legal matters. However, Ms. Housey worked in many different legal areas including family law, personal injury, guardianship, probate, real estate, and criminal law.  

A proud Military spouse, Mrs.  Housey is married to an Operation Iraqi Enduring Freedom war veteran and retired member of The United States Air Force.  Attorney Housey also is an active member of the South Carolina Bar where she has taught classes in the Community Outreach Program Legal Lessons A Series for the Public and has participated in Wills Clinics as well as the Charleston County Bar.  In addition, Ms. Housey has served as attorney, mediator, and guardian ad litem in many actions in South Carolina Family Court.  In 2020, Ms. Housey obtained membership to the Georgia State Bar where she practiced mainly personal injury.  She has since returned to South Carolina.  Ms. Housey is currently licensed in both states and is here to serve!  Please feel free to contact Housey Law Office, where she can be reached at 843-203-3847 to help you with your legal concerns.
